we’re now entering a beautiful face of the Swedish [Music] [Music] Summer Sunshine alternates with heavy rain and thunder and last night the most breathtaking rainbow I’ve ever seen appeared over the cabin stretching across the entire Mountain these summer evenings are truly something special the nights are endless silent yet bursting with sounds and in July the weather is so unpredictable one moment the sun warms your skin and the next a cool rain refreshes it [Music] [Music] when I don’t know what to expect of the weather like right now it is the perfect time to focus on upgrading the interior of our cabin so I have this project here in the hallway that I’ve been meaning to do for for quite some time but I’ve been just pushing it to the side for no apparent reason but now we’re getting guests here in like two days my family is coming to visit so I thought this is like the best excuse ever to do it because I feel like it’s a good thing to invite guests a few times a year because then you do these projects that you just pushed aside for a bit too long so now it looks even messier than it normally does because we did some electrical work in there today but normally we have stuff the most of the stuff at least under there Under the Staircase but the problem is when you enter the hallway here that is the first thing you see you see through the the steps and into all the trash basically that we just want to hide from everyone so I thought I would fix that today [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] now I’m done with fitting the boards and the planks behind the stairs and it’s finally fitting uh you might have seen here on YouTube like oh that was that was quick in reality I started yesterday that’s that’s how bad I am at these stuff and I might as well be just honest with you because it might look easy on YouTube uh it’s not I suck at these things especially when you’re a perfectionist I want to get everything down to the millimeter correct uh things I won’t even realize or think about in a few months um but now it feels like the most important thing on the planet and I need to get it exactly right this is what I’m talking about you see this Gap right here I can’t get it tight I want it like that basically but it looks like this and I don’t like it [Music] I was just about to head upstairs as I told the girls I was like you can go go on go to sleep uh and then I looked out in the hallway and I was like why are they just standing there and I then I realized I remove the staircase for them so they can’t get anywhere so now we have to be try something new yeah yeah she go [Music] [Music] as you can see this part of the staircase is now done I’ll show you the full end result very soon but there’s one detail one one very important detail that I need to put up here on the wall actually before I call this little side project complete because because every time every single time we get guests here there’s one thing they’re always complaining about and that’s that these stairs are very Steep and there’s no railing or handlebar to hold on to and people can be quite scared and like hugging the wall when they go up the staircase so now I’m finally going to fix that [Music] what [Music] [Music] [Music] so now we’re going to do something very exciting I packed the car and we’re going to drive in to the town of SFU it’s about a half an hour drive from the cabin and we’re going to meet up with some friends and some new faces as well and do a very very fun activity [Music] so now we have arrived to the top of the mountain called Hala bat and why are we here well CFO mun municipality asked me if I wanted to come out and try out their brand new part of their bike park [Music] [Music] [Music] we’ve been riding for about 10 minutes now and I’m I’m completely completely done oh so sweaty but it’s so much fun it’s it truly feels like being like a kid again you’re just riding around playing around and it’s especially so fun to do with some other people as well and we’re very diverse group I would say we’re every like we’re 10 people or something like that and we have the youngest one Vincent that is 7 years old and then we have two three guys that are on a really really Pro level and then we have me and some other guys that are like kind of somewhere in between so you can really feel that these tracks are made for everyone so no matter what level you’re on you’re going to love these tracks [Music] besides all of these new tracks there are some things that have been here for a very very long [Music] time this Cold Spring is right next to the tracks ice cold and really refreshing this is what water should taste like so the main reason that SEL municipality wanted me to come here and try these tracks is because they opened a brand new part of this mountain I’ve been riding here before and that was really good even then but now they open up a new part of the mountain and even set like open the lift to that part so now it’s super easy to get up the mountain as well it’s very convenient the tracks are amazing so if you’re ever nearby please go here and try it out you can rent bikes you can rent everything so just get yourself here and the rest will be taken care of [Music] one together for me money down [Music] so one really fun thing about this group is that you might recognize the guy in the green sweater his name is guy and he was on my subscriber event that I had this February and he came from the Netherlands with his girlfriend and they visited SFU here and now they have officially moved here which is so insanely cool [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] so now we’ve been out for like 2 hours I think and the main motivation after been out for 2 hours is the only thing we know in Sweden Swedish V so we have some Cinema buns some uh orange soda drinks kind of things it’s just sit down relax hang out and uh yeah just enjoy the view I [Music] think very [Music] important I want to say a massive thank you to sfti municipality and also some local business owners as well that have sponsored this segment of the video if you want to go here and ride these tracks tracks tracks which I highly recommend you do you simply visit the link Down Below in the description and if or I should say when you decide to visit this place please let me know in a DM on Instagram or an email or something I would love to go riding with you [Music]
