Rapha says to claim with boa and they're not able to fix shoes. Boa offers the black dials by default with no opportunity to request a white one.
I've worn the black pro team shoes for multiple years without issue. My partner bought these so I could have a clean aesthetic. 1 black dial on white shoes kind of ruins that 🙁
