After weeks and months of not taking the time to train consistently, I feel like I have the will power to keep going. First time in probably two years that I cycled more than 100 km in a week. Today I rode 50 km without a problem. In two months is a Gran Fondo I want to join. I’m not going for a crazy average speed or something, I just wanna have a good time and no injuries. PS: I’m a heavy rider.
