I'm 5'11" and the bike frame is 54. It was either bigger 56 or this one. I took help from youtube and some online forums to set the bike height.
    This position is good for me but when I extend my hands a little more for better grip, there is more pressure on my hands and it gets little uncomfortable for long rides.
    Is this normal or there is problem with my reach?

    1. Clearly the saddle height needs adjustment – higher. Try that and see if you have better reach with the elbows having a bend for control and comfort. A lot about the “right fit” is about experimentation.

      Needs more cowbell, and by cowbell i mean bent elbows, lean forward… Increasing saddle height would help w that
