I noticed this after my last ride a few days ago. Every three rotations the derailleur is clicking three times and skipping, which is preventing me from a smooth ride. I tried to adjust the barrels but that did nothing. I’m not sure what else to do as I am not tech savvy. Any help is appreciated.
Skipping every three rotations

Stiff link …. Back pedal slowly and watch the chain as it passes over the jockey wheels… you’ll find the link. Make sure the link isn’t separating …. If the link is just stiff, just use your thumbs and flex it back and forth until it loosens up.
Stiff link or bent outer link plate. Pedal slowly and check exactly where the chain starts to skip to narrow down the area
You have a stiff link that is clearly visible in the video at the 23 second mark. Screenshot is attached.
The chain does not bend freely in that link, so it will jump first in the two pulleys and finally in the cogs.
You can try bending that link sideways a little bit, and it’s possible that it will loosen up. Otherwise replace the chain.

As a general rule it’s important to note how often a noise happens:
Four times a pedal stroke is a cog problem
Once a pedal stroke is a chain wheel of front derailleur problem.
Every two or three pedal strokes is a problem on the chain.
