right boys I’m here with my old mate Ben he got us on a couple of mountain bikes Ben where are we and where are we going uh Buck Woods in uh cranham in gler in gler now one of the shes gloss sh sh GL sh and uh we’re going to it’s like the cheese we just said yeah we’re going to go up there and we’re going to be really near the cheese Rolling Hill okay oh really yeah then we’re going to bust a couple of lines [Laughter] friend’s got no helmet on so it’s not ideal we won’t be going as fast as we might yeah okay all right and then this is also known as the what uh the most beautiful what what oh no we’re in an a NB which is an area of outstanding National Beauty it’s a it’s a beach Forest although at the moment we’re underneath the fur all right okay it’s an ancient Beach Forest let’s check it out let me turn this around all right all right here we go this a good time to point out that you’re on a ebike and I’m on a push bike well I’ve got one hand I could do the one hand bit this ebug is great look at it it’s like being on a motorbike is that’s the benefits of being the cameraman I think we ate too much all right this is going to open up into like a farmlands and no is it all under cover under Bush like this yeah we’re going to be in the cover uh so this whole hill there a is in like the the last Hill or the hill sides in England before you get to Wales so there’s like a a huge escarment and one side of it is all very Steep and the other side is little valleys all right so we at the top of the hill almost no not yet all right when it gets to the down we’ll try again all right here with Ben we reached the top of the hill I want to show you the bike he’s lent me just hold this bike here let me show check this out what is this this is a specialized Cano 180 mil travel this is an ebike 700 W hour battery yeah yeah so I’ve traded in my dad’s vintage no I’ve just left it at home sorry Dad it’s a top end Beast was it right all right we’re going to cruise down this Trail you’re going to film so that I don’t fall off you have a helmet I don’t and um right that way yeah so let follow me no no follow me go ahead down here down here yeah where that guy went what okay go left you’re winning left right yeah keep following the trail this Trail yeah you got a bit of a you got a bit of a slope coming up all right tell us again where we are paron remind me again we are in the what Forest uh bual Forest buck Woods there wow down here yeah that’s insane you going go down there with a camera yeah you can no man with the camera yeah H do that one then that’s a bit smoother just check there’s nothing in the bottom yeah nice nice I hope I got that right we are in the a NB yeah we’re in area of outstanding National Beauty yep there’s loads of a BS around the country it just means they’re protected and then it’s always been like this oh yeah find your line find your line yeah nice I’m just had to do that with one hand that’s impressive yeah well that is impressive the filming might not have been as good during that stretch okay oh let’s take sorry now go on you go you go sorry follow you follow you going to show you something new that’s it how cool you’re doing it all right yeah let’s catch the view here and uh so this is the forest where Robin Hood used to ro no re it probably would quite like it though yeah I think I’ve seen I’ve seen cyclists in Sherwood Forest and that is uh pretty similar actually can you see the trail going down here oh yeah that’s pretty that crazy jump and it getss pretty steep yeah yeah and then onto the highway yeah we’re going to do a slightly different ending all right cool anyway let’s carry on without camera so we can go faster cheers all right we’re waiting for Ben let’s see he’s been doing this for 30 years the same Trail which is hard to tell but it’s crazy steep actually so he’s going to come flying down here yeah go for it yeah we can hear you huh wo whoa there you go that’s how you do it well well done yeah well on the road quick if you want to do that again and do like a spectacular crash that would be do want a crash that would be good for Ratings I can’t crash on my own Trails if you want to get the next one along I’ll do the one next next to it that’s got some jumps right that’s it steep it yeah well a lot of them get steeper steep all right well well done [Music]
