good morning sunshines it’s the Vlog of the month of June 2024 and I just received a message from my love and we are heting to sh guys the content that I will present to you um I woke up a couple of minutes ago so pardon my appearance and I will share with you some plans from the upcoming swimming where we went and I will prepare also breakfast with you uh some chia pudding uh night uh then I will share with you a lunch preparation and some footage from my month uh in the format of Recaps and I really hope that you will enjoy it um I will keep the duration of 20 minutes I don’t want like to extend it yet and also I will try to make the voice over Edition uh because I saw that I’m not speaking much in the footage which I’m presenting to you so I think that it will be useful this way and if it’s not you will comment and you will let me know and also the language keeps being a question mark so yeah let’s go to make some breakfast one of the most healthy breakfast that you can make for yourself chia seeds pudding overnight we are adding three spoons of chia seeds in each glass and then we are adding some almond milk vanilla tasted we mix everything up don’t worry at all if it’s like too liquid because the chia seeds tend to suck the liquids and eventually it will become solid I leave them in the refri for the whole night and in the morning add some oats with Goji berries and dark chocolate along with bananas if you prefer it more sweet I like it this way so yeah here I’m starting the workout session at the park of Stavros Niarchos I’m not actually a workout person but when a chance occurs I’m just grabbing it and enjoying uh each and every moment uh the park itself it’s very nice and if you choose the right uh times it’s not crowded at all and you can enjoy your and then the ball roll down the hill you will understand shortly why I’m saying that let’s enjoy our meal have a look here two nutritious [Music] we really had to burn those calories somehow and we decided to go for Hydra biking it’s an activity where participants ride specially designed bicycles as this one which can float and move on water uh these water bikes typically future pontoons or a catamaran style design to provide buoyancy and a propeller or Paddle Wheel driven by pedaling to propel the bike uh forward we explored the whole area and the scenery was uh Beyond than amazing we really enjoyed ourselves now let’s have some culinary session let’s make some barley corn with leek spinach here we have the ingredients except the spinach and we will go with cutting the onions afterwards we will uh mash them in the blender I don’t like to cut them it’s a time consuming process uh we will add some olive oil uh we will wait a bit till the olive uh oil burns and add the onions afterwards we will add the leaks and then we will add the spinach which is actually frozen spinach I like it better because you don’t have to wash them and all these things and add whatever we want from the herbs or the spicy like the paprika the pepper the salt and then the barley corn we will mix everything up and then we will add some White wine I like the way it tastes in the food this one in particular and once we see that the spinach gets all the liquid we will add also some water so it starts the boiling process it is very important to caramelize the onions by cooking them slowly over low heat until they turn golden brown before mashing you can always enhance a dish with additions like a roasted garlic a splash of balsamic vinegar or even some grated cheese mixed in I prefer to combine it with a segregated feta cheese the Greek one or you can also add some Parmesan cheese it will uh be more like a risotto a very very summery dish and you need to try this it’s super easy right now I’m walking and I’m realizing that but it’s a full-time job being a vlogger and I really owe my respect to these ladies and these guys because it’s not an easy process and if you consider especially the whole editing process which is required and yeah a huge respect to all these ladies and all these guys out there Messages like this always make me think that we need to be less cannibalistic in this life [Music] [Music] [Music] morning sunshines so just arrived and it was really hard to wake up like really hard in Greece the summer season is just unbearable it’s too hot the humidity levels are like insane and jumping from Friday to Saturday and we decided to go for a road trip with the motorcycle and we really enjoyed the nature but unfortunately the fires have caused extensive damage with the properties destroyed and also there were some lives at risk the combination of extreme weather conditions and suspected arson is making always the Wildfire season particularly devastating for Greece embarking on a road trip with a motorcycle can be an excelarating adventure offering the freedom to explore scenic routes and connect with the open road in a way that cards cannot match some of the most important tips for motorcycle road trips are to plan your route always choose a route that offers Scenic views interesting stops and safe riding conditions always pack smart travel light but ensure you have essential items like tool kit tire repair kit first aid kit water snacks and appropriate clothing for varying weather conditions you need always to check your bike before heing out ensure your motorcycle is in top condition check the tires brakes lights oil levels and fuel stay safe wear proper riding gear including a helmet gloves jacket and boots in my case I didn’t wear the jacket and the boots because the heat was I can saying and I would have melted but I’m always wearing the helmet follow traffic rules and be mindful of weather conditions and Road surfaces take breaks schedule regular stops to rest hydrate and stretch long hours on a bike can be tiring so it’s important to avoid fatigue some of uh the additional considerations are the insurance insurance your motorcycle insurance covers road trips the local lows be aware of helmet lows and other regulations in the areas you will be writing and also always the weather thick black smoke rised from factories on fire in the industrial area of Ritsona as the fire raged since early the afternoon on that day thick smoke has covered The Wider area of Ritsona as a chemical Factory burned earlier various materials in the surrounding area of a recycling plant opposite the Papoutsanis factory has caught a fire the adrenaline we felt by passing through this wild fire was insane but we survived it was also an experience itself on that day we decided to visit the Church of AOS thas in wudi uh in my opinion it’s the most beautiful church I ever seen it’s a huge Church uh it is um of a royal vaulted style the arch has a semi hexagonal shape according to a note by the abot of the pedel monastery this church belonged to the monastery and was called B Isa initially the dorm mission of the Virgin Mary was celebrated of this in this church the church was rebuilt on the old foundations in 1867 and was honored in memory of apostol thas upon entering an Orthodox Church it is customer to light candles and offer prayers for one’s personal needs or that of a family member or a friend candles are lit before icons as a sign of one’s Faith and Hope in Lykavitos is the highest point of Athens although a beautiful walk up via a circular path it will be a test of endurance and a challenge in the summer but we went there with the motorcycle so we didn’t have to walk all the distance uh by feet [Music] we had to stop to a local shop to buy some food supplies some fruits vegetables and the color just as speak themselves and here is a small piece from my beauty routine I do my nails uh by myself and I have all the required equipment for a semi-permanent uh manicure I’m using a base coat as the first step the color polish as the second and the green one which is the top coat I have also the lamp which is required for curing the nail polish it is a quite time consuming process and the fact that I don’t have to arrange appointments externally it’s saving me time money and I really enjoy the process itself as I can combine it by listening to some music or watching a movie yeah so that’s it so I just finished with my nails as you can see they’re quite shiny all done by myself this way I save time money and all this stuff the day was quite exhausting and I will go to rest right now I would like to thank everyone for subscribing and for
