so it’s uh 3:30 a.m. in the morning and Midsummer is on Friday and uh got 50k in the bank and got roughly uh 30k home yeah roughly 30k home we took that rout first particular so uh basically you come from ol right towards scheming passing this route turned right uh left there uh the old route through and then you uh come to a main intersection that says uh G and get 5K and then it stands at all or 30 so so I get back on the main road and on that main road I carried on for maybe 15K and then I turned back to this route uh towards kinki so yeah that’s another 50k now we go around 25 left but when it looks like this no gels no bars nothing you can keep going look at these views absolutely Sensational really beautiful so the brightest day Midsummer is on Friday Friday Saturday night the eleps time is 2 hours and 7 minutes so I guess I reckon around 3 hours but this gives the most radical adaptation on Cell level when you don’t drink no gels no bars so you learn the body to utilize fat stores intramuscular fat stores and the most radical effects on mitochondria level the power Stations of the cell so 2 hours and 8 minutes we’ll be 3 hours before we get home but it is so beautiful heart rate is 172 but this entire area is undulating it’s just up and down up and down up and down reminds a little bit of Belgian Classics Le Baston Le I’m still gold race but this is more beautiful sadly prettier so see you guys when to get home
