Got this lovely Feather some weeks back and i gotta say it is so much fun to ride!
Unfortunately it had already some click sound at the beginning but everything else seemed in good condition.
Was hoping that switching the worn out chain to a new one will solve my issue but the loud sound is still there.
So it only occurs when i accelerate, never when i keep speed. Also cant make out a pattern, happens when i pedal down left and right, so that doesnt seem like a factor. Its also not every turn at all.
Here are 4 pics of the rear cog and chain ring and here the video with the sound.
I defintely feel something slips off during acceleration, very lil yet noticeable and that makes the clong(!) sound.
I guess the rear cogs teeth are worn out too much but than why is it not happening regularly.
Changing the rear sprocket would be the easiest way i suppose but maybe its actually the rear hub/freewheel itself that can lead to this sound?
Thanks!
