help [Music] [Music] a very good morning to one and all it is Saturday now June the 15th and it is just coming up to midday and we are along topping street now I’d like to introduce my video today for you but I’ve got a little bit of a problem the wind on the prominade and just off it is fierce so what I’m able to do is we have an invite from selite yes we know this young man and this shop so I’m going to go inside and very kindly he’s let me introduce my video now what I’m going to say is I thank one and all for watching this video and for everything that has and is being done for this channel we’re inside the shop now and from our last video this has changed dramatically it’s simply superb beautiful beautiful lamps so this is two in one for me it’s to introduce my video as said already thanking one and all again and also to show you the inside now of this selenite along topping Street and I think we’re going to get away from the well-known owner very good morning see you for watching and everything a very good afternoon everyone it is Tuesday now June the 11th and we are at the entrance to Blackpool North tra station and I can show you here one of the last duties here a new sign to be placed there we are all the contractors working very hard for the placement of this sign here now tomorrow sees all the VIPs travel in the tram for the first time to the actual tram station now I’m going to take you across the road because I want to show you something here here we are we’re at the entrance of topping street now a while ago not too long ago very nice family opened up this shop unit here called Juniors and they sold hot and cold food now inside was completely gutted and the placing of very very expensive cooking items and cabinets well this is a very nice family and unfortunately they have had to move on and this week they have placed this notice so I’m going to take you across and to show you now this unit here you have nothing to do whatsoever because it’s all been done this is now to let fully equipped with the telephone number and their thanks so someone may well be interested in this very good set set up hot and cold food at your business moving away from that hot and cold food shop I’m just going to show you this because this is the well-known yellow tram now coral island yellow tram which will travel now up and down from North Jordan Pier to the NorthShore tram station there it goes right the way down there I thought you might like to see that we are in Abington Street now there’s the Winter Gardens right down the bottom now I’m going to show you this here because I have received wonderful wonderful help from this shop yes on Monday I had to purchase a new camera a new smartphone now I’ve had wonderful help from here the shopping side have really really helped me now I’m going to show you their setup beautiful cabinets all the way down not only selling phones but also iPads as well they have phones they have several new phones which is rare a class through to cclass at all different prices and even here you will see some computers very very helpful I’ll tell you what’s happens I purchased the phone from here on Monday and when I got home I met a little bit of trouble because my computer told me all the files that I transferred over with corrupt yes so you know um I’m not really a tech man so I returned to the shop this morning on the Tuesday and I had it explained to myself they asked me to go home for my computer and they showed me the problem it was a problem with the media player because it would not it wasn’t a latest media player this was corrected for me and I’m so pleased with this new camera and there’s and there’s two of the staff are we going to get a wave we are yes yes I could you know I’d like to recommend anybody needing to upgrade a telephone a cell phone then please consider this shop here absolutely marvelous oh and this young man here is the actual owner good afternoon good afternoon thank you for helping me thank you very much loveely you are most welcome anytime yeah thank you thank you so that’s our visit today and just going to show you all the cases that they have as well and the joy of it is the owner now has just sat down on the area one of the two areas that they repair all cell phones Etc look that table there and over there anything can be repaired so I’m going to thank them all if I can get get them all on the screen in one shot can I just moveing back I can a little way from them thank you very much lovely thank you thank you a very good morning to you it is Thursday now just coming up to midday and we are opposite the post office and Central convenience store down Central Drive I’m just going to show you where we are in case you’re unsure there’s the King Edward v 6 Public House and down the bottom there right down the bottom there would be the entrance to Coral Island casino and amusement center now why we are here today opposite his post office is a couple of days ago I had an invite to visit a very nice eating establishment well I visited here yesterday but when I arrived oh when I arrived in the afternoon the place was packed I was absolutely amazed so what I’ve done is I’ve made arrangements to visit this suly Grill and the barbecue where you can eat in or take away the next day on this Thursday just about when they’re opening so I’m going to take you in there I’m sure you’re going to find this interesting oh yes yesterday afternoon the place was packed here we are just going to make my way around to the front door which has just been opened they’re just open minutes past midday now we are safely inside now and as said they’ve just this moment open the front doors so I’ve got the opportunity now accepting the owner’s kind invitation for a a review of this lovely business now first of all the flooring and the ceiling Immaculate and the tables and the chairs well I’m going to let this camera show you these because they are amazing the tables have a special plastic covering very very hygienic there we are there’s lots of tables and chairs and over here we have this lovely view here water cascading down and a fridge a fridge corner there with all the canned drinks oh this is beautifully set up and in the window oh look there’s a heron there and later on during this day all this cabinet here filled with lovely food and up those steps there up those flight of steps is the kitchen now I’m just going to sit down and I’m just going to be able to run you down quickly the menu now in front is this very very lovely smiling young man here who is one of the one of the staff here and he’s going to hold up for me the menu which has just been passed to me I’m quickly going to run down some of the items a shushka bag wrap chicken te wrap barbecue chicken wings mints Kebab lamb chops and the well-known shish kebab chicken lamb shish and a grilled key bab a marvelous menu and as said when I came in yesterday I saw all these all laid out on tables where people were enjoying them it was quite a sight so I’m going to thank this young man very much for holding up the menu and also thank the manager when I see him the manager and the owner of this lovely establishment thank you thank you very much and if you’re looking for somewhere nice and special please consider here oh wait a minute please one and all on my way out I was asked if I could specially show you this here now this is the speciality one of them and there’s a lot of them here what this is It’s a grilled Kebab now this is for four persons it’s 10 mixed Shish two Shish chickens two kebabs two Shish Lambs I believe you’d be able to read it there we are now this I’ve had it explained to me it comes on two massive plateaus and and they it’s ideal for four persons so you get two big platefuls of food and they’re really really big and for four people it’s £60 so there we are I hope that you’ve enjoyed this video from this very interesting eating 11:30 in the morning and to start my video of today I’m going to bring you this view of the golden Beach of Blackpool looking down on it from the north Pier yes look there’s Blackpool Tower as well and the prominade and we can see a tra going in both directions so just a little view of the golden Beach of Blackpool and we can now start videoing for this Friday June the 14th our first call today is along topping street now you will remember earlier this week we visited this shop unit across the road at the beginning of topping Street Juniors the hot and cold food shop well we see a message in the window a nice little notice saying this is now available to Le fully equipped well today just two or 3 days later I can report to you that someone has seen this oh yes and they’ve taken it so we await new Proprietors at this well well fitted out shop unit here of Juniors and we wish the intended new Proprietors all the very best it is time now for our once a week visit to the build of the works and pensions office and this week we start in this area here a well-known one now that trench that you’re looking at will provide the footings for a ramp to help the people with wheelchairs to enter this works and pensions office yes this area is espcially being built for all users of wheelchairs and scooters now we carry on now in that same area and you will notice how level the ground is now now I’ve just got to go back a couple of frames and here we are I can show you the arrival of two sets of very heavy metal doors can you see them one to the left and one to the right of that opening [Music] there and as we move on we can see very soon those other areas will also receive those same strong metal frame doors at the end of this facade I would like to point out about this and hope you can clearly see it the placing of beautiful looking Kirby can you see it and this area here part of the plantation of trees and flowers we have simply moved around the corner now on this very very windy morning and we’re in this area here now now please notice two things can you see that grass growing the other side of that attractive looking curbing oh that curbing very impressive indeed and this area here 34 with nicely leveled because here you’re going to see a trench with still some exposed pipes and cables oh and there’s there’s a team of contractors here they’re working outside the entrance and they work together here all these Crews work together that’s why it’s so successful so we move on we have now moved around the corner to our views from gate one and today I can show you first of all several things to point out to you today at this area outside of gate one the first item I would like to show you is is this enormous yellow mobile crane with its arm fully fully stretched out it goes right the way up there look it’s very very tall indeed a wonderful piece of plant Machinery this yellow mobile crane now I’m going to walk you closer to the area of the gate one and in front you will see that unit there air conditioned unit yes that’s one long air conditioned unit which is going up on the roof to the right of that what you’re looking at is a similar unit that will join it on the roof I am told at the back of this one there are four more smaller units which are for in internal use so we’ve seen a lot today from this area one that enormous very impressive yellow mobile crane and all the air units here so we’re going to have a look at this very impressive facade here of the build of the works and pensions office we’re going to catch that yellow mobile crane again and to finish we will have a view of the security office here this Porter cabin holding all the security staff so with that view we will see one and all here again next week I return you very very quickly to gate one just want to explain the reason why that mobile crane is here obviously that’s going to lift these airon units up to the roof well unfortun there is a wind and it’s registering too strong for the contractors to operate this mobile crane they have to wait until the wind drops so as said we will see one and all here again next week I just wanted to explain the appearance of this mobile crane yes that’s being held in reserve today to take these airon units up to the roof I’m outside black P North railway station now this morning I would like to show you these newly placed signs this is the first one it’s your drop off Zone yes this is where you need to be dropped off from your car or other vehicle the next sign here this post is where the buses will start and stop I believe it to be service one so there’s your bus stop and here is an area for taxi permit holders only now there’s all the other taxes I’m taking you back now to the steps now we’re still on The Concourse of the train station and I’m just going to show you this final sign here there’s the very well known underpass now for the tram stop which opens up this Sunday and as said I’ve just got this last sign to show you which is up here it’s all about Blackport North Station Car Park and their charges it’s £10 for an hour no correction that’s £10 per day up to 1 hour is £250 and up to 2 hours is £5 and overnight with an nisk is £10 you have to apply for that I believe so there we are I hope that’s all the new signs that I have shown today on The Concourse of Blackpool North railway station and this is the view that passengers will have this Sunday June the 16th of when they arrive and leave at this North Station this new North station for the travs and the underpass that leads to the area where we have just left so a quick look this is what they will all be greeted with we are now at the junction of talber Road and Abington Street and we’re going to pay a visit to the the coffee Americano cakes and bakes shop yes we have another invite to go in and I will tell you what’s happening here now first of all we’re going to see this young man here called Zin good afternoon Z afternoon good very good afternoon now at the moment Hussein is in Turkey but he’s coming back in a couple of days now I’d just like to show you what’s going on here at the moment now when Hussein comes back on the Tuesday Monday or the Tuesday of next week this is expected to open the following Saturday I’m just going to show you what’s happened the contractors have arrived and they brought along all necessary pieces of their wees to complete the final preparation for this unit to open up just going to take you around here because I want to show you the work that has been done and it’s been done very well look you will notice the new wall tiles there and the electric components there and the shelving beautiful job and this cabinet which you’ve seen a few times now and the telephone box there and the front of the car the lights I’m going to show you the lights hanging down from the ceiling again so the situation is here the situation is that Hussein is returning early next week and this will open hopefully on the following Saturday so with a view again of the donkey that Hussein likes so very much and we’re going to pay our thanks to Zin for letting us make this things happen very very quickly in Blackpool and here is another example on the left down on the left hand side down there is all the shops that we know oh so very well the new Jewelers the news agents and Kelly on the end now moving this camera oh look there’s show Toppers as well now where we are going is just two units past there because what has happened is a stall holder in aington Street Market has closed that down and he has moved into to this unit here now I’m going to show you another area that’s the big store of Iceland down there just to show us you know just to just to let you know where you are and that’s the actual furniture shop next door and again returning this is where we are going just awaiting the sign here but I must emphasize this is the very first day of trading at 10:15 a.m. on this Saturday morning it is in fact the sneaker cleaner company of Blackpool as said this young man was represented in Abington Street Market but his clothed that down and immediately taken this beautiful shop unit here there we are I’m just going to show you quickly all the lovely Footwear here and the rack of TOPS oh yes you can have your your sneakers cleaned here now I’m going to introduce now the young man involved in this change very good morning Connor hi everyone my name is Connor I’m from sneaker cleaner Blackpool um we as he’s already said we were located in Avington Street Market and we’ve now moved to 50 topping Street and um we clean repair and customize shoes so if you haven’t heard of us before um whether you have stains on your shoes whether there’s scratches scuff marks whether need painted or redyed we do all of that we also have a wide range of new new shoes and that you can come in and purchase as well so please come along
