I got a new DS2 a couple of weeks ago and have been loving it so far. Unfortunately I noticed the other day when I was picking it up from the bike closet at my office, it had a spot where there was a paint chip and a smallish dent in the frame. I'm not sure if someone hit it when it was in the closet or if I accidentally hit it on a door or something (I don't remember it if I did). Bummed it happened, but this is my first bike I've had since I was a kid so I was looking to find what the best way is to take care of the dent so it doesn't worsen or rust. Appreciate any suggestions.

Won’t rust in the classic sense as it’s not steel, but it is at risk of corrosion. I’d make sure the area is fully clean/dry with no loose bits of paint and touch it up with some touch up paint. If it’s the Galactic Grey DS2 it should be [this paint](https://www.trekbikes.com/p/5313676/) (TK210-M) but feel free to double-check with the shop you bought it from.
