Furthermore I have a Strava discount code, where I would get the jersey for ~80€, which sounds like a decent deal. Is Le Col stuff considered to be on the level of Assos, Maap, Rapha?

If you get a jersey for 80€ that’s okay.
Personally I stay away from Le Col, PNS and Rapha so I cannot comment on them. I always get MAAP and Assos kit with discount codes and during sale.
I’ve had both – the aero jersey is really well made and great value at that price but I had to size down (YMMV)
The Pro bib shorts are also nicely made (and look great) but for me personally the Assos Equipe or Mille GT are more comfortable and I’d spend the extra cash on those.
It’s slightly lower quality than Rapha – but can normally be picked up for half the price, so makes sense.
I was highly disappointed with their top of the line jersey quality in 2023. I got a 30 percent discount, even then not worth it. Had to send it back, beside the base layers and the socks, which are quite nice.
As always, this is highly subjective.
