hello everybody it’s the day after the stelia sportive I’m just about recovered just whacked the recovery gel on my legs Carl how are you feeling good yeah really good I could tell you you’re feeling good at breakfast BL the amount of bacon this man eat then said oh yeah I’ll be healthy I’ll get some fruit um you didn’t eat you didn’t even eat it yeah but I did have some orange juice I did try to eat some cereal but it was a bit you tried to eat some cereal didn’t like it anyway today’s plan is we’re flying home tonight at 5:30 in the p.m. but first we’re going to go to Santini we’re going to look around the factory I went last year and it was pretty cool and I’m excited for you to see it I love stuff like that anyway I’m a bit nerdy when it comes to plant and Machinery I don’t know why I said pretty cool never really say that but I’ve got a bit of American in my head anyway then we might be going on the Santini lunchtime ride cuz they going on to ride in their lunch break for an hour then we got to go home so yeah back to Sunny UK I think it is sunny actually at the moment anyway Kyle got Little mascot hello there Jeffrey he little Jeffrey mine’s still on my bikes I’m hoping it’s still going to be there the bikes are at Santini and on the way there we’re going to walk there I’ve got to get Mom a present for looking after the dog chesty B so let’s go right Kyle I’ll beour oh g doesn’t want to come in cuz I don’t know why I think he looking after the the bank side oh the smell hits you like a slap in the face of goodness right what can we get from mother these these are very nice and Italian I think get these for them right we finally arrived at Santini after a blowing wild goose chase and I’m blowing sweat don’t know why I’ve got a jacket on car’s made the right decision today and I’m hot here we are Santini good thing I love about Santini I haven’t been asked to make this video by the way we’re just obviously we were invited on this trip by Santini and I thought it’d be nice to show you around everything that Santini make is made here in Italy so they don’t Outsource to anyone which I think is really nice this is their Factory and over there’s the offices so let’s go and have a look but I’m Italian now cuz I’m having an espresso did your first ever espresso yeah I don’t drink espresso oh no it’s going to be hyper it’s very nice in here loads of energy this is this is the bottom of a jacket apparently Kyle is absolutely loving this I’ve never seen him so like mesmerized he’s asking so many questions look at him he’s like a kid in a candy shop it’s like a museum for him Jersey being cook yeah because then everything thing you likeing this Kyle yeah I do mesage have you got any jobs I’ll move to Italy so in this room this is where the patterns are put onto paper which then act as like a transfer onto the fabric Bo mental so basically this goes through these machines and then the print comes out and then it gets printed onto the fabric so yeah so this jersey finished so now we’re putting on a new roll so then the fabric gets put on to the print and it goes through this machine it’s really high temperature yeah 250° 250° okay it also depends on the fabric okay and then it gets transferred on wow so this is actually where l d kicks me it’s very exciting it’s coming out we’re just waiting for it R upin we’ve got borghis coming through actually at the moment it’s a lot brighter on the fabric here it comes the arm there for the pipe cleaner arms that’s what I’d be having the naal chion so we’re now headed On To The Next Step we’ve cut them we’ve printed them we’ve fabric them on or transferred them on and now I think oh there’s some more Grand Fondo where champ this is the last stage sewing it all together wow crazy borghini kits in there the national one Kyle spotted that one didn’t eag eye over he got eagle eyes this one Kyle I can see you in here so together some kits I love your fingers off this is where all the kit ends up in the warehouse this the best sellers we’ll see a lot of that soon won’t we we will the yellow Jersey to France is coming up wow wow what you saying about the heating you recycle the you’re saying in the winter uh with the machines the part where is other floor on top of this yeah and there are a lot of Machinery to recycle recycle the hot the hot and used to heat the building that’s cool eco-friendly that’s what we like I’ve actually fitted Machinery that does that happy mvhr unit is called actually so this is the final process everything gets checked they make sure there’s no holes or any whatever they called what they called again in deficiencies making sure it’s perfector I’ve just spotted absolutely great body War it’s like a gill it’s basically just for visibility like it’s high VI it reflects off the car headlights so I need to get myself one of them when I’m riding through the night right we’ve had a little tour around the factory now it’s time to head out on a ride so this is actually the Bike Room at Santina when people cycle to work so yeah here’s mine still got my mask on from yesterday so you can stay on there little Piccolo now head’s on around a 30 km ride with Andrea and Stefano from Santini car cracks in his trap stands again no and uh I think we’re going up into the old town of Burg which will be really nice so got me mascot on I’m all ready to ride my legs are feeling a bit tender so hopefully we’re going to take it easy and then it’s rest time for me after this so we’re heading up there to the old town which means we’re going to have a climb hopeing my legs can handle it after yesterday climb climbing on climbing on there an old church here yeah University part of the university is it yeah ooh oh this is a burner but nice views but not nice on my legs after yesterday I tell you that hey there Billy Goats a oh bling out with clown climing again getting the loins working wow this is so pretty so nice hey goie goie amazing for you see everything so pretty we’re 50 m from the top car I think that calls for top of the hill dance honest and train on this so nice beautiful like train climbing really good it’s every day in one week time you can ride seven times and do different clim just lunch break oh wow wow so the best half of lunch break the ride now we are we are going to ride down there where you see all these narrow roads we’re going to ride down there there that’s a old a old building that used for uh events private events also politics wow and other uh big offu time for top of the hill dance he hey it surprised I can still do that yesterday so pretty around here all the little walls and Views I’m so glad we got on a ride today cuz it’s I hate traveling days going to be sat down all day on the plane and the car so it’s nice to get out and have a bit of movement before a day of sitting down but yeah it’s just so beautiful around here K just said I want to move to Italy I said I can’t move away from Mom and Dad I’d miss my family too much for I moved abroad I think pigtails we all ski with just different different [Music] yeah wow [Music] up in the old town of burger now it’s so pretty all like old Italian s houses what it is to be alive I still just can’t believe that we’re here we got an amazing view coming up wow wow it’s gogeous it’s not your mountains of bouro but it’s still really nice it’s just nice to be high up I do love a climb you right Kyle oh yeah Kyle’s loving life that was fresh as a blooming Daisy that boy don’t know what he had in his breakfast but it’s giving him more energy than I’ve got today cob we going on the path we’re cheating it because here around were uh mamut I think the old elant yeah M yeah they found some M uh M okay they found some mamut here around in the in the hoods and mammoths in that museum car you belong in there you’re a mammoth MTH this is in the Cent we’re now in the center of the Old Town of Burg this is the main square of old toown Burg very beautiful every night at 10 uh 1: p.m. the um the bells ring for 100 times because in the past it was Des signed that they were closing doors of the whole city so all the people that were outside the city had to hter because when the last uh Bell um ring they closed the so it was the sign well when that Bell Rings 100 times we better get back into our beds Fair 10:00 that’s what time I normally go to bed so they’re working in my time Fria wow wow and this is the symbol of the Kon family because koni was really um well he was um a noble a noble uh he was a soier lead of soldiers lead of solders yeah and U he he was really uh well really strong and it was say that he had three balls and not two balls and he like that would you have to touch them because he brings luy to oh should I touch it out [Applause] now we’re back at Santini again that was lovely I was feeling really tired before that ride I think no I don’t know if I could do a ride but I feel great now the Energy’s back again you all right Kyle yeah it was lovely oh we learned some history as well so I’m happy about that but now we’ve got to put our bikes in the bike boxes and get ready for our flight oh I hate this bit so now we’re packing the bikes way or should I say Kyle is I actually offered cuz I do know how to put my bike away I can do that myself but he said no Amy go another a shower I’ll do it what a hero because I do actually have to do some content stuff but anyway look she’s in and Pat ready hey Piccolo Piccolo’s ready to go home oh we’ve had such an amazing time on M it’s been so good now it’s just a flight to get through you’re right oh now mine’s a bit more of a pain yeah your bikes going in that we hired this from the local club they’re my cleats to go in the suitcase you don’t like this place do you no but we hired it actually did they give it Us for free our local Club gave it Us for free to use so can’t complain FAS don’t worry we return it’s time to say bye to Penny hope you see on the other side so we’re in the airport we’ve been through our security Penny’s gone through hopefully we’ll see you back in the UK but we’re going to say thank you so much for watching thanks Santini for
