Looks like an entry level road bike. I’d say sub-entry level actually as it doesn’t have brifters, it has brakes and then separate shifters? Friction shifters?
A quick Google of the brand and model name show a version being sold new for 368 Singapore dollars, that version does appear to have a better groupset than this though.
Not sure what the used bike market is like in your area so can’t comment on how much it’s worth used.
