Who’s spending this much $ on a jersey?

Came across this sale while scrolling IG. I have a number of nice tops, all of which I get during semi annual sales. Most of them are crazy colors and designs because those are the ones that are the most heavily discounted. I also own a couple of black sheep bibs (very average). My question is who is spending $200+ for a jersey? Yes, I know cycling is ridiculously expensive. But even some of the “wealthier” cyclists in my group wouldn’t spend this much on a single jersey.
