this is where we woke up in the morning of day 34 of our world Mountain Bike Tour and it was supposed to be our rest day we had still 50 km to go until the town that we booked the accommodation but at least it was mostly flat or downhill that also meant that we had to say goodbye to those beautiful mountains we have decided to go for a compromise in Albania meaning that we did a lot of detouring and mountain biking in the north and we now focus on covering a bit of distance to make it to gree and of course after the rough uphill yesterday the downhill was butter smooth and because it was still our rest day we took care of ourselves by taking an extra long coffee break and afterwards took care of the bikes by cleaning the chains and oiling the chains and you see El is sacrificing his sock but really he just needs an excuse to buy new ones then we took half an hour pumping the tires back to a pressure that makes sense for streets and then we just rolled down into schotter and spent the rest of the day resting
