Go along with Ian Boswell as he gives a tour of USA Cycling’s National Development Program house in Izegem, Belgium.

    okay hi I’m Ian Boswell I’m here at the USA Cycling House it is again Belgium and part of the each one International Development Program I’ll take you on a little tour of our house here this is the front door of the house and uh it is again so it’s the first thing you’ll see if you’re coming in as a new writer first thing you walk into is this is the service course garage mechanics room here’s our mechanic James who’s working on our bikes for our race and preparation tomorrow here’s the cleaning station where bikes are clean they’re all sorts of trainers real bags thanks repair here’s Vigo our swing here who’s carrying some water and sequencing-based hydrated yes yeah here’s the this is the mechanics room where all the fixing the bikes takes place and yeah wheels tires everything everything good we were allowed in here but minimal time yes if when we ride trainers it’s tough we driving here if we don’t want to bear the elements but a lot of times tread right outside because it’s gonna do so much trainer so yeah we’ll go towards the more fun parts of the house I’m gonna storage unit for bikes dark green just to keep them locked just in case there’s a break-in we have the sector famous it’s one year room where all the good foods held it’s not it’s off-limits because it should have the good race foods like bars and gummies and sugar waffles so we’re not allowed in there but we do get that food for races and there’s plenty brother through the kitchen yeah log toilet paper go through a lot of that cyclist orange juice milk skipped out here a little bit cooler we’re going through the kitchen this is the kitchen where most of the time that’s how the Internet is spent or riding we’ve got four burners microwave oven pretty much everything hot water water that’s been in hot goofs-a-lot people making TV stuff recently Larry is a in the place where it yeah we have two dishwashers because we opened a lot of dishes and a lot of people come through the house frigerator you can tell it’s fully frigerators fully stocked lunch meats cheeses yogurts leftovers condiments so yeah we have enough food cereal cereals a big one over here a lot of that and course cyclists we have a coffee machine and a new espresso machine that our director marchello bought us so I’ll begin other uses huh this is the this is the living room dining room area more food over in the fruit but this is the big table where all the heating takes place in one of the this is Hoxha’s office slash headquarters for USA Cycling is run this table might Hawks gaps over there watching TV we actually do with you English channels a lot of cycling guys hang out in the living room watching which bike great scene over here we have the boards that everything’s written on your saw if they’re scheduled for the race tomorrow over here we have massage schedule internet codes our many tables starting to be assembled for tour Flanders so if anyone has any input on this let us know sub some Ward fill out people with the red checks have paid everyone else is still still waiting but yeah so this is a Noma head towards the living quarters this is the bathroom in here there’s two stalls yeah two stalls there’s a sink around there around the corner with be able to upstairs these where all the all the riders say up here I think there’s something like 20 beds in here so it’s a lot of room for a lot of riders here’s your standard bedrooms just there’s clothes nice baskets to stay organized bunk beds you haven’t got a little reading line next to the bed so they can stay awake without bothering their their room ain’t enough room on the floor to stretch table to work TV to watch watch what you to watch and yeah that’s that’s pretty much it just towards the house you know we spend a little time here a little time on the Internet and the first time I’m writing so yeah welcome to the house thank you
