hello everybody last night I didn’t sleep in a graveyard I slept in a lovely bed we are in Boro my life literally feels like bluming Whirlwind at the minute finished all points North 5 days ago and then 4 days later we’re flying out here I Meen this doesn’t feel real but I couldn’t say no to the opportunities to do the stelvio sportive tomorrow so here we are just for the weekend um unfortunately the stelvio is actually closed because of the snow so the St for is still going ahead but we’re going up a different climb at the end yeah just to something can’t remember the name of it up to a late we’ll find out the video tomorrow so it’ll be all right we’ll still enjoy it we’ll have to come back another time but yeah we’re here with Santini cuz they were in the sportive and they invited us out here and we just thought you know what we only live once yeah we might be a bit knick-knacks but we can’t say no so yeah we’re here we’re in a lovely luscious bed and I can’t complain but I’m hungry can hear people fting around there for breakfast we get down and smell it and but today’s plan is a cafe ride with Santini just 60 miles pick up our Race Kit for tomorrow although we won’t be racing you all right there and um then we’re going on a little r our own aren’t we because we want to do a bit of a ride on our own and then tomorrow is the sportive so yeah plan let’s do this right we’ve had a lovely breakfast I’m still hungry after all points North I’ve been eating like a horse let me tell you I’m I’ve eaten the cupboards dry anyway we’ve got a mile to ride to pick up our kits for tomorrow and then we’re doing the cafe ride then our own little ride it’s just going to be a day full of fun really I just can’t believe we’re back here here again it just feels like a dream but I do need to tell you one thing after this weekend I’m having a good old rest we do have an aax next weekend say that but after that I’m going to whales with my family for like chill no phone no camera so rest is coming but at the minute I’m just embracing my life and Loving It Anyway this hotel is great look at this setup set up for your bikes me and K was stressing in there bit worried but I’ve had 4 days of doing no exercise at all and my legs feel good and my bike Flo it without the bag on the back I feel like I’m light as a feather it’s great I feel like I’m going to wobble off so I’m feeling more confident now hello feeling more confident now for tomorrow although it is going to be a really tough day going up multi roller and all that so we’ll just take it steady a bit slower because I do get very hyper but I just I can’t believe like literally 5 days ago I was finishing All Points North and now I’m here I just don’t feel real that did off points nor to be around the loop again here he comes the one and only holding on his quest what capucho capuccino I’ve got what looks like the most Heavenly hot chocolate ever and I don’t know what this is but it looks yummy I’m going to get it in my tummy look at this hot chocolate thick thick nectar oh it’s going to be lovely yeah oh that Kyle in ity they do hot chocolate thick so good oh lme mylet now for the rest of the ride we only got about 3 miles left and then we’re going round again come on everyone’s going I’m tring send you something thought the Italians went slowly know Italian time to be nice now I’m quite happy with her my legs are feeling actually for All Points s the only thing a little bit is just my back’s a little bit achy but I’m just going to make sure I stretch out properly that graveyard I would have been a happy lady I would have slept like a baby lovely anyway we’ve done 17 Malones 1,600 ft going on up and me and KY now going to do exactly the same ride again cuz we want to do a bit of extra miles we’re not going to film because we’re going to have a bit of time without the camera but we will come back on to show you the donkeys because we went past donkeys and we didn’t stop so I feel like they need feature because they need some attention I love donkeys they need some attention as Kyle said so yeah let’s get going we found the donkeys you can see oh it’s have gluten All Points North that had a bit of gluten and it didn’t agree with me very well so I’m trying to be really strict so it’s really annoying but I can’t have anything so car’s having this I’m watching an Envy right then back at the hotel Pen’s back in a natural habitat all the bar I love this hotel it’s great really good for cyclist anyway according to my little mate gy we’ve done 36.5 miles or as I like to say Malones and 3,357 ft of going on up so that’s quite a lot actually for that distance so legs feel good they feel actually okay but the energy level is not so good so I think I’m still a bit tired so tomorrow the aim is just to enjoy it we’re not racing now Kyle no thank you very much BL minut we don’t need to go to a bakery look at this spread free oh yes this is what you too much I could do with a massage actually so just found a little Bakery down the back street and picked up bisola it said on the thing a natural energy bar for your back pockets I’m going to take this for the stelvio sportive tomorrow right took myet that it’s got little raisins in and all sorts oh delicious so oh wow car look at all the ice cream wow look at these oh yeah passion fruit oh I cyclists with the kit bags I saw a lot of people some fast looking codin so we for one will not be going for the first and second prizes tomorrow we’ll be going for the prize for the most snacks eaten is what I’m looking for I’ll win that one no we’re going to just have to take it really steady because my energy levels are down rock bottom like the Rocks down there so I’m a bit nervous actually about multi Rollo doing the hardest side and it’s going to be fun I feel dead it’s going to be fun I feel like As Dead As those people in the graveyard I in the other week I’m going to need wind
