Lago di Garda, Garda Lake or Garda See based on what language you speak is an absolutely stunning mountain biking (MTB) destination. There are loads of natural trails that you can ride here. Lake Garda is situated in North Italy in the region of Trentino Alto-Adige.

In this mountain biking video I am riding the Rancion Trail on Monte San Pietro just above the village of Tenno. So, it is in the northern part of Lake Garda. According to Trailforks, the Rancion Trial, is easy to intermediate difficulty. The trail is 2,6 km long wild trail with loose gravel, pebble and rocks. The upper section is not that flowy with a lot of small rocks that makes it hard to keep traction, while the middle section is more flowy single track. The lower section of the Rancion Trail is a flowy double track with a good view of the Lake Garda.

You will find the Rancion Trail by riding up Strada per San Petrio from Tenno and then turn right on the Località Calino gravel road. Finally, turn right at the Rancion hamlet where the trail begins.

    BIKE
In this mountain biking video from the Monte Brione Trail at the Garda Lake I am riding my Orbea Rise H15 eMTB on DT Swiss E1900 alloy Enduro wheels with Maxxi Assegai at the front and Maxxis Minion DHR II at the rear. I run a Fox 36 Float Performance 150 Grip fork and a Fox Float X 140 Factory as shock.
