Sam travels over 8,000 Km’s to Greece to continue the journey to IFMA Senior World Championships!
I made it to Greece after 12 hours of traveling I arrived in Patra Greece for the ify Thai world championship tournament I am here 2 days early just to make sure I get properly time adjusted so I’m staying at this cute Seaside hotel but of course this is no vacation first thing I do is go to the workout room for my run it is hot hot hot here which is perfect for the sauna suit and instead of going out for dinner I found this cute little shop with perfectly Brie fruits which will keep me on way until Saturday’s weigh-ins I’ll be sure to post lots of updates while I’m here thank you everyone for your support
