proper Hills proper proper proper the beautiful horse picture that take a picture it’s beautiful I’m not going [Music] [Music] anywhere guys as you can see it’s really bright crisp day today and as a consequence the temperature is just above freezing just on my way to Alm now just a meet up with zie and I think Sam’s going to be there as well Al Al now these times are going to fall off today I’m not ridden for that 6 months so I’m here with Sam and zie and it looks like we got a fantastic day inshah it’s going to be the uh weather’s going to hold for us and we’re not going to freeze to death and we’re going to get to Brad we’re going to get back so in front of us is the m62 bridge not sure if this is the best idea just come off onto a cycle path I don’t know what the hell this is mate actually put in the cycle path I actually no I actually put in the cycle path cuz I checked it and it looked all right wow this is nice it’s a bit what happened next is we didn’t like the psychop paath so we did tour up onto a main road and headed towards [Music] littleb yeah off keep going give the car Rel so guys we made it to Little B morning in morning we’re through there no we’re not we’re not so this little cut through led us back onto the original route here’s some b-roll footage of the day whilst she watched the route that we took to [Music] littleb [Music] this a 2.5 mile climb and it’s called Blackstone Edge so I’m going to put the GoPro away now and start concentrating on my pedaling so after little BR as you can see from the graphic the this is where all the fun started the hills another 1.2 Mi on this climb 8% 9% half a mile left on this climb and uh we still got some decent elevation there 8% it’s nice nice little waterfall beautiful let’s go guys so that’s a reservoir at the top there and this is also the start of the longest climb in England and that is uh kville cameras are on cameras are on right so the update is we lost we’re not lost we’ve just come off the uh the main road and we enter this beautiful Country Lane fantastic amazing awesome uh and I saw this on the route I thought definitely want a piece of that so that’s what we’re doing amazing we’re against the Sun but anyway go on Sam get in there lad keep going keep going I get right get one for the between me and you yeah give yeah yeah yeah I know but what I’m telling was in pain doing hard I’ve got to admit I was yeah you were going hard you they small hills yeah so I’m going to do some proper heels in the highlands of Scotland before I go to gilgit yes proper Hills proper proper Hills there’s only a few small hills in the pen I’ll send the videos yeah send the videos oh we got windmill there beautiful look at that landscape look at the weather this is CH chai brick just got off the bike cuz it’s such a beautiful spot we thought we can’t just drive ride past this should bought an apple beautiful there’s the microphone and there’s the lens so you can speak and they can see beautiful landscape is and you’re spoiling the viewers usually yeah five s a new addition yeah retired retired life I’m older than active the weather’s made a difference so the weather’s beautiful day and what about the company well the company is good but I part have an excellent company if it’s raining we carried on and within a few short beautiful horse that is it it won’t go that is a beautiful horse apparently the horse had been spooked by something that had seen in the woods on the right hand side it just was scared and didn’t want to go any further the lady then asked sufie to walk ahead and see if the horse would follow her goodbye come on come on come on goodbye there you go there you go he’s leading the horse to water but I doubt if he’ll be able to make it drink [Music] ni [Music] got right down into Sai now that was a long descent and steep as well [Music] Village CL this is Bridge say it again s Bridge s oh still s Bridge all right okay this is nice lovely go Sam careful yeah and up and up we [Music] go we’ve descended down into Sai Sai Hill sa Bridge bridge and now we’re descending out the Sai Bridge God seems pointless doesn’t [Music] it oh my God have they dug it out or something collapsed how far have you been or how far you going uh started up in Alm Alm yeah yeah start and we’re on way to Bradford oh yeah yeah any particular reason to meet people in Bradford I’m from Bradford uh you me friends and family are you just not fullblown he’s all about the little psych of them old them not far not far right yeah into another Valley again don’t know what this one is find out guys this is wheatly the update is that we’re uh in illingworth and we’re 5 and 1/2 miles out of Bradford now so we’re going to get back in our bikes about half an hour and get to the uh coffee shop or try got to the top of another steep climb it went right into the red can’t remember what it was must have been 15% something 13% we’re still a good 4 miles out Brad and I’m starving now absolutely starving my energy levels are right down I think we’re in Queensbury I think is next is this uh is this Queensbury is it Queensbury yeah she is yeah we’re in Queensbury so we’re descending down into Bradford great hon Road looks like we’re going to connect it going a bit faster here so let put the [Music] goway that’s sweet now we’ve had our Kebab sandwich and cake and K chai and now it’s a a good 30 m Back 2 2,300 ft 400 ft whatever and we’ll be back in Alm and uh job done [Music] [Music] inshallah so whilst I play this b-roll I’ll tell you what was discussed at chaiwalla we were all really tired and didn’t want to tackle that huge climb crackville so we decided on taking the most direct route back which would hopefully mean less Hills so we plotted a route into Google Maps and it gave us 30 Mi with 2,300 ft of elevation which we all agreed upon and got on our way unfortunately all of that elevation was in the 1 7.5 mile climb we’re in Bri house this bridge over the river Calo is built 1824 look at the size in that River quite a big climb going to the tiny little village of rwood I think it’s known as oh wow look at this we got to the top and look at this coming around the corner that beautiful absolutely beautiful wow 7.4 M climb guys can I have your opinion please we’ve got 7.4 M climb in front of us yeah wow that’s that’s less than eight that’s less than eight yeah wow oh man I hope it’s not to Moss thingy oh my God don’t tell me it’s that Moss climb home Moss oh that is the worst client ever home m home Moss yeah oh my God it’s a killer oh I hope it’s not that hope it’s not that hope it’s not that hope it’s not that inshallah the update is we are three halfway into that climb exactly so it’s a 7.5 M climb and we’re got 3.6 just flattened off for a slight little while here it’s going to go back up again to complete that 7.5 5 Mile distance and uh we’ve got AIT of a reservoir here so look at that I don’t know if you can see the perspective of that how high this Bridges it’s unbelievable how high it Pages all the way around it fences all the way around it steals bars all the way around it could been jumping off here look long straight road wow 2 miles to go for the end of this hill long straight road I can see about a mile in the distance there wow that you st for a bre no you sure old really next right we’re back in Olden we’re back in Olden we’ve made it we got back alhamdulillah it’s been uh 0° throughout we made it and uh yeah getting back to the car now maybe a couple of miles to go
