hello everybody we’ve just woken up in Campo baso and we’re on day three of our Italian adventure with grand tour’s project to be honest after yesterday I’m just living in Dreamland it kind of hit me that we’re actually here and doing this and it just obviously I called this page Amy cycling Adventures it should be now called Amy and Kyle um but I never thought it would lead to Adventures like this so we’re just so happy aren’t we yeah it’s incredible so grateful um but yeah today’s plan is get some breakfast and we’ve got half an hour transfer to the start of our ride we’re going to ride a bit of the same route as the Pros Jiro stage 11 the pros will Capt us up and go past us so we’ll be able to watch them and cheer them on which I’m very excited about you I’m very excited yeah well we’re down in the breakfast department and look at this spread we’ve got fruit salad we’ve got yogurts we’ve got pastries we’ve got almonds they fuel me up some hills look at this a little bowl of granola which I’m going to add in some natural yto and then I’ve got a lovely bowl of fruit and Cake yeah it’s a bit early for cake but I think I’m going to have a slice I’m going to treat myself live on so yeah this is rare for me m strawberry jam yeah which that is R for you I actually found some butter I’m very happy outside just to like Savor this view for a second behind me before the chaos of Paradise me and Alison are climbing together we’re letting them go off you know they’re just not enjoying the view as much as we are so party at the back here fellas you’re missing out woohoo yay zero we made it back this road just keeps on going I mean I’m going along comfortably at 26.5 M hour slight descent slight slight flat and then a slight descent so smooth it’s just wish all the roads are had no time to film but it’s been an absolutely beautiful day I’m absolutely Knick knacked because I’ve used up all my energy with all the excitement so now it’s time to hit the sack and have some
