I’d always imagined those trails to be flat, because they’re rail trails & canal towpaths. But I see your bike is on the hill-climbing gear. Are there actual hills on those rides?

I really love the GAP. I haven’t done C/O at all, but I definitely want to some day. However I have less than zero interest in camping, so it would be a pretty expensive trip since I’d need to book places to stay for every night
