    hello guys welcome back to my channel dimple Delights and this is the view of my room in Heidelberg uh in Manar hotel and this is a very beautiful view from my room’s window as you can see weather is so good so cool outside very good time to explore the city hi highberg so let’s get started we cast the Train on time in the evening and this is the view from train of this beautiful city Heidelberg and this is the old town which is considered the heart and historic Center of Heidelberg now it’s time to explore Old Bridge which is spanning the Nea river is a timel symbol of the city Rich history and pictur is charm its graceful ARs and historical significance make it a mustsee landmark for visitors exploring Heidelberg the beauty of the old bridge in Heidelberg lies in its elegant architecture framed against the backdrop of the historical citycape and the Tranquil flow of the Naka River with its centuries old charm and sinic Views it captures the essence of romantism that defines Heidelberg it is also known as the car Theodore Bridge was constructed in the late 18th century between 1786 and 1788 during the rake of electrol car Theodore and if you are a food lover then nearby to this bridge you can easily find this China Restaurant Asia famous for its varieties of food this bridge was built to replace earlier wooden bridges and served as a vital link between the city and the opposite Bank of the Nea River facilitating trades and transportation today it stands as the historical landmark symbolizing the city’s enduring Legacy and Architectural heritage surrounding to this bridge visitors can admire a bland of historic and modern architecture on the Northern side stands the renowned heidleberg Castle an iconic symbol of the city’s medeval past nearby the church of Holy Spirit Rises majestically its Gothic Spire reaching Towards the Sky along the River Bank qu houses and PCT skew cafes line the streets offering a charm backdrop to the bridges sinic Beauty on the southern side the philosophers walk provide panoramic view of the old town and the Nea River completing the enchanted landscape that frames the old bridge in heidleberg [Music] as you can see from the bridge I can also see this view of Castle which we will be exploring in our next go-to destination before heading to Castle uh one place called corn marked madona is also a must visit place because it of beautiful sculpture located in the corn Mark Square in heidleberg the madona is the prominent feature of the square and is admired by visitors for its artistic and historical significance additionally it reflects the artistic style and religious belief of the time period in which it was created it represents a blend of religious devotion and artistic expression it also a symbol of the city cultural heritage and serves as the focal point in the conmark Square which has been a central Gathering Place for centuries woo now it finally it’s turn to explore heidleberg Castle so this is the entrance of heidleberg Castle uh the history of heidleberg Castle is Rich and varied originally built as a fortress around the 13th century it evolved over the centuries into a magnific ient Renaissance Palace it served as the residence of the electrol palentine who greatly expanded and embellished it however the castle endured Wards fires and various periods of reconstruction in the 17th century it was heavily damaged by lightning and later by W leading to its eventual abandonment as a royal resident today it stands as a stunning Rin attracting tourist from around the world to admire its architectural Splendor and glimpse into the regions stored past to reach Castle you can take several routes depending on your starting point first option is by foot if you are already in the city center of hyberg you can walk up to the castle there are several paths and staircases leading up to the castle from the Old Town second option is by funicular means bug Bahan another popular option is to take the funicular Railway also known as Burg Bahan which connects the cor Mark into the old town with the castle it’s a convenient and sinic way to reach the castle especially if you prefer to avoid walking uphills third option is by car if you’re driving you can reach the castle by car also fourth and last option is by bus now it’s time to see Heidelberg T also known as the great Heidelberg T is a large wine barrel located within Heidelberg Castle in Germany it has a fascinating history dating back to the late 16th century commissioned by the prince electrol Carl Theodore construction of the hyberg T begun in 1751 and was completed in 175 3 the massive Barrel was built to hold the Region’s wine Harvest which was subjected to taxes paid in the form of Vine the Heidelberg turn measures approximately 7 m means 23 ft in the length 8.5 m means 20 um 8 ft in width and has a capacity of around 220,000 L making it one of the largest Wine Barrel in the world its sheer size and impressive construction serve as a testament to the importance of wine production in the region and the wealth and power of the prince electrod while the heidleburg turn was originally intended for practical purposes it also became a symbol of extravagance and excess the barrel was occasionally filled with wine but but it was primarily used for ceremonial purposes and as a tourist attraction today visitors to Heidelberg Castle can still Marvel at the Heidelberg T which is housed in the castle Cellar although it is no longer used to store wine it remains an iconic open area as you can see and it can be called as Castle Terrace so from this Terrace just outside the castle you can capture breathtaking views of hyberg the Necker River and surrounding [Music] Hills this view is so lovely so this uh part of uh this Castle is a favorite part of mine because I cleed so many pictures here as you can see the whole city we can see from this location now it’s time to explore APO of this Castle which has a long and intriguing history it was established during the reasin period around the same 16th century and served as both a pharmacy and an alchemist laboratory during this time the study of alchemy was closely linked to Pharmacy as Alchemist sought to discover the secrets of transmuting Base Metals into gold and creating alexir of immortality the apoa in heidleberg Castle played a vital role in these Pursuits with Alchemist and pharmacist working together to develop medicines portions and remedies the APO also served the residents of Heidelberg Castle destination for those interested in history science and the Arts in this Castle I found something interesting for my daughter as well because I have seen a kind of temporary Lego exhibition I was executing that time when we were exploring this Castle so my daughter also you know uh found something which is uh of her interest so she started uh you know taking interest in all those things while we entered in this Lego exhibition and so many good Lego Creations I have seen here as you can see and the place was super super clear and silence also maintained [Music] accordingly this uh Lego exhibition is uh is on temporary basis I guess because uh it’s not a kind of permanent part of this castle and finally this is the view from the very top of the city and the view is so nice it’s also a must visit place because from here you can see the whole whole city the H highberg City I also found these statues there just to click some photographs and it was so wonderful to see uh those statues there now it’s time to go down as we are done with our heidleberg Castle visit [Music] walking around the Neer River in the Heidelburg is a sery and Enchanted experience the gentle flow of the river sooths the scents as you stroll along its Bank historical Bridges ARS gracefully over the water connecting the old town with pictures neighborhood Lush Greenery lines the river bank offering Shades and tranquility on sunny days quaint Riverside cafes beckons with the aroma of freshly Bruin coffee and pastries ducks and swans Glide gracefully across the water adding to the a idolic scene the sound of distant laugher laughter and music from Riverside prominant creates a lively atmosphere cyclist and joggers sh sh the paths adding to the sense of community and activity row boards and paddles boards towards the river offering a lury way to explore its beauty magnificent view of Heidelberg Castle towering above the river add a touch of grandeur to the landscape as the sun sets the river takes on a golden hue casting a magical glow over the city and leaving you with unforgetting able memories of your time by the necka so guys I enjoyed a lot I roam around a lot to the city and I
