Best way to remove a stripped front axel bolt on a trek rail S.O.S.

Hey guys….. so I made a post a few weeks ago asking for advice on this matter and now I have a flat, so I can’t get the wheel off to replace the rubber. Front axel bolt is completely stripped. Tried the rubber band trick to no avail, a lot of penetrant spray and now my last resort is drinking a slit in the bolt to shove a sharp bar in to get leverage that way. I don’t know what taking it in is going to do at this point. Any advice would be greatly appreciated and I have pretty much any power tool from rebuilding a 1929 house, so I’m willing to do everything with anything
