I went on my first bike tour, with Instagrammer Guy Markham and a bunch of utter strangers. We road all over Cornwall and Dartmoor, with my light adventure BMW G310S motorcycle managing to keep up with the more powerful motorbikes. The weekend was utterly brilliant. And I even got to see his bum!
I use riding to try and combat my poor mental health, and once I’ve got over the pre-ride anxiety, I find that riding forces me to concentrate on the now.

My bikes a Rebel 1100 :), basically a Africa Twin engine shoved into a cruiser frame
Also I would advise you get a lanyard attached to the thumbscrew on the GoPro and feed the other end through the strap of you helmet or something so then if you GoPro decides to go for a walk it can't get far 🙂
