First DAY in the Netherlands, I got hit by a bike. It was my fault, but I swear the sidewalk looked identical to the bike lane to my ignorant tuchas 🤣 I treated the biker to a beer and all was good
In HS I was tackled by a fellow cyclist one morning. I was on my bmx and couldn't keep up with the rush hour pack, she shouldered me right in the jaw 😅 apparently I was in the way. Traffic is wild.
I didnt even know there was a place that was like this period. I see one biker and im trying to get around them because otherwise i feel like im stalking their every move in a car. Feels creepy
I was in Amsterdam once and it was WILD, I saw so many people almost crash, they missed by centimetres, and I also learned how many things can apparently transported on a bike… one had a full ass palm tree in a pot, like a meter tall, in the back, another one had like a small tower of boxes in the back and bags on either side at the front…

What the fuck are you? 🤮
I love that book so much.
Cycling with stranger cyclists nearby can be scary cuz I’m slow haha
🩷😂
That's not rush hour. And no, there is no coma. Come visit me and will show you what rush area really looks like.
Bicycles are in North America too Not just the Netherlands. Nice try though
😂😂😂😂lol klopt
Winter!
Honestly still not as scary as some of the american drivers in giant death traps I'm forced to share the road with

Reading the book upside down?
Good book!!
if only canada was cycle-able lol
where i live, there are bike lanes etc but i’ve seen people almost get hit so often it’s scary.
Yeh, the book put me in a coma. It's the heretofore secret language called Upsidedowndutch. Set my head a'spinnin!
As a life-long all-season cyclist I would LOVE CYCLIST RUSH HOUR.
😅😂😅😅😂😅
This is the first time in my 30+yrs of living that I have heard Canadians stated as north American

Geez!
I LOVE that for once someone said north Americans and it wasn't only referring to America 🥲🥲
Great vids, but over here 'putting someone into a coma' in this context beans boring them to sleep.
Copenhagen and Amsterdam are so alike.
