Cycling from Bosnia to Serbia at near negative temperatures

Had to take a bus from Sarajevo to Višegrad as there was too much snow to cycle safely. Started cycling from Višegrad at 6C temperature, but entering Serbia and climbing up the mountains gave 0 to 1 C temperature where I started to freeze. putting on some extra clothing allowed to cycle 60 km where I have been met and picked up for the remaining 40km.
