Bury St Edmunds, The Wolves of St Edmunds, an Abbey that’s not an Abbey and an Abbey that was an Abbey but is now a ruin. A passing comment by Rob Little made me think about showing you an interesting feature I ride passed everyday on my morning mutters. A little different from my usual rambling mutters for a Sunday viewing. I don’t expect many to watch but those that do, I hope you enjoy it. It is more an experiment to see if there is anyone interested in such stuff and for my own entertainment. Let me know what you think.

Perhaps your next vid could be an in-depth look at the Nutshell. If you don't edit out anything the vid could be up to 15 seconds long.😂
Thoroughly enjoyed the tour and history lesson Mr. TAYM, thank you for sharing! Cheers,
SteveThat was wonderful Mr TAYM!
If I can manage to make it to England someday then we’re definitely going to visit the Abby.
Wolves and ruins and gothic churches! 🥰
I finally managed to get away on the Ultra Classic, so I’m a bit tardy in catching up on videos. This coming weekend I’m in Portland helping put on a large dinner so I might be sketchy again.
Take care and thanks for taking us along. 😊
Splendiferous TAYM, great video
Very interesting lovely place to have an afternoon tea. In Wolverhampton not far from where I live we have these large wooden wolfs in different poses 👍🏍️🐺
Nice one TAYM, very informative……
I see "The Old Speckled Hen" beer is brewed in St. Edmunds. Available in my local store. Thanks for the tour, Bill
This is your 2nd Bullet Wonderer style video… Very good, mr TAYM.
Cheers TAYM. A lovely town to work in i expect. Lovely 👍
Britain at its finest not all new crappy estates. The church had so much dosh then. Now selling property and land and begging for donations and worshippers.
Absolutely brilliant.
I was at Honington mid to late seventies and don't remember any of that.
I remember the Nutshell pub.
I remember Abbot Ale.
I remember Abbot Ale in combination with a Honda CB125 put me in Burry hospital for a week. The staff wouldn't let the Rozzers near me because they said I was critical (yeah, a broken rib).
Burry St Edmunds looks a beautiful city, wasted on a drunken teenager.
Really enjoyed your video on the Honington gate a while back. The roads at the top of the airfield seem to have changed.
Beautiful place Bury St Edmunds
I’ve worked there in the past and remember how gorgeous and historic ii was 😊😊 thanks for sharing TAYM
Love history 😊😊
that was a nice travelogue and view from a Triumph. thanks

very interesting ,, what a big space – away from those depressing looking streets ;;
Very nice and very interesting. Thanks for sharing!
Love the video! Wonderful place, so full of great buildings.
Fantastic world we all live in. Thanks very much!😊
Pretty soon you'll be known as 24/7 TAYM. LOL
That was great TAYM and thanks for taking the time to do it. Regards, Mo 😊👍
Well Mr TAYM, that was an enjoyable Sunday side trip. Lovely bit of nostalgia. As an expat in the USA, I'm familiar with Bury St. Edmonds (and Honington) from long, long ago. Seems a good percentage of your followers are from the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand? Cheers
TAYM tours love it,what a great place to visit,so nice to see it still has its Brewery.
Used to love visiting Romford town centre when I was young and smelling the wonderful smells of the Brewery, happy memories, really enjoyed this Brucie Bonus video, don’t forget to pop into Krazy horse if visiting for a coffee.
Great mutter, nice to get the info on the places we see you ride past.
That was a very interesting tour of the Abbey ruins. I didn’t know about the wolves. 👍
We used to go shopping there on Saturdays & always took the children to the Abbey gardens, back then they had a putting green set out. You brought your own clubs & golf balls but it was free to use, we once purchased some furniture in Brentgovel street & I've often wondered where the name came from ?
Good morning Mr. TAYM. Great idea to let us enjoy British heritage. I love old constructions, of all kinds. Your country is rich in history. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for that, very interesting 🙂
Such a cool place!! Thanks for sharing!! Got to get back to England for a longer stay soon!
🎉🎉🎉 Please do some more of these videos Taym! I like it! 🎉🎉🎉
A good tour of the original tourist trap. 🙂 Edmund talked himself into getting killed and later the monks thought we can make few bob here. Make him into a saint and the pilgrims will flock in and give us their money. It worked. Maybe a tour of Greene King next, my local brewery when I lived just over the border from Bury St.
