I had an amazing day yesterday riding to Cleveland to view the solar eclipse with friends. We got to one of my favorite places(which I did not expect) and were all amazed. Sun and warm weather – we spent all day outside and it was glorious. I’ve also had a couple rides on the TenWays now. Its pretty cool. Last weekend was also out Cherry Blossom Festival and Paris-Roubaix. It finally feels like Spring and I’m hyped about it all!

    1. Sorry, I used to love watching you and Erin riding out, unfortunately E bikes are not for me.
My opinion is they are for disabled people or people who could get fit on a normal bike, but want to be electonically assisted along.
I totally understand people with health problems using them, but abled bodied people no.
      Thats my opinion.
Good luck with your channel and enjoy your E biking.
Oh by the way, im in my 60s, suffer from chest infections, arthritis in the knees and have screws and metal plates in my shoulder, from a cycling injury.
I still ride a normal Gravel/Road bike as well as a Giant roam Dual sports bike.
      NO electric assistance.
I still enjoy the challenges of fitness and riding.
I stll enjoy a pint of beer, knowing ive earned every drop myself, without help 😅😂
      Still each to their own.
Anyway as i say, good luck with your channel and cycling 🚲

    2. When I started work in the 1980s the Raleigh factory in Nottingham was closed but the building was still there with the sign up front, a bit poignant end of an era, it reminds me of some of your rust belt images. We saw what they started making after and just wrote them off, as you say it was garbage just with the name. I was suprised and heartened that they actually had a spell of making any decent bikes like the Tamland after. Like you say companies get sold alot times and economics change.
Just up the road in Derbyshire Mercian made some great high end bikes, and still are as far as I'm aware.
      I own a 1990 Dawes 531st touring bike and a Surly atm.

    3. I had a Raleigh Chopper as a kid and they were F*****G dangerous! The front end would wobble uncontrollably at any decent speed, they would get completely sued nowadays
