    1. Hi coach… I hate the wind, it really does slow me down! I was doing 13mph at an angle of about 75 degrees with my nose on the stem. Brutal!!

    2. Hi coach! I will turn 61 in may. I started cycling in 2019 after neck surgery. I knew a friend who has been cycling for 10 years and has always ask me to buy a bike. 2019 i decided to buy a road bike and joined the group. My weight was 175lbs now i weigh 145 and has gotten stronger in cycling. Best hobby i ever did. Only regret is i should have started young. But i’m enjoying every weakened ride ! Love your videos and thanks
