So many projects on the go here at DocWob HQ and a couple of uber-trick two-stroke builds coming up in this episode.

This episode’s ‘How 2’ is on swinging arm bearings, last episode was about steering bearings, and in the next episode, we will look at linkage bearings. Just to reiterate this is the way we do it, however, I am mighty impressed with the Motion Pro tool which saved this from being a two-man job.

We have a special engineering project on a set of triple clamps for Kurt Nicoll as he wants to run Ohlins in his KX500 that he is racing in the UK this summer. It’s not an easy task and I explore the biggest problem in getting the job done.

Finally back to the uber trick projects, a couple of YZ250 Chesterfield Yamaha’s, like the ones we built for Ivan Tedesco and Mike Brown back in Farleigh Castle’s heyday. These are so trick, I am hoping to keep one for my collection.

Things are flat-out here, bike builds, titanium, and a couple of races to promote! Also, we have had some cooler-than-cool guests on the Torq Moto Podcast Show with me and Jeffro, and next week’s guest is gold, be sure to check out the podcast whilst you are surfing YouTube!

    1. Fantastic content yet again. Keep up the good work. Can you build a Castrol Cr for K dog instead 😊😂 Thats all I remember from the motovision videos😂

    2. Not all bearings will have numbers on them. But they will always have at least one shoulder with a radius. That's the "lead" for installing.

    3. "Like a cock in a shirt sleeve" thats a good one. . Who doesn't love a Chesterfield Yamaha? Class 👌👌 great upload. Getting the horn already for VMXDN 😂😂
