Mostly shots on my Specialized Fatboy, but some on my Salsa Mukluk. We packed the Fat Bikes up and took them to Iceland, I flew Iceland Air, which is part of West Jet, they told us not to worry about the $40 fee for each bike, so they flew round trip for free. This was the most amazing trip, truly a must see, some places we went felt like you were on the moon. I would recommend someone going to ride get themselves familiar with riding in snow and sand, at the peak of some of the mountains the ash rode very much like soft snow, or thick sand. But don’t let that deter you, go out and tear it up, everyone there was super friendly and KRIA a local bike shop in Reykjavik helped me out no charge after I broke my derailleur. If you see a shot and there are no trees it’s Iceland, if not, it’s Southern Ontario. This is a much more accurate to life video after Protuning the original video.
