Luckily you have a glossy black finish, you can buy touch up from trek, or find the closest match at auto part store. you can touch up and fill the spots, wet sand with 1000 grit 1500 grit, and finish with 2000 grit in the area, and polish it with Marguiars ultimate compound. if you are not comfortable doing the wet sanding, simple touch up should make it almost invisible.
