the person narrating this video must be an American and seems to not understand that you can't obstruct or touch a guard as they are not just ceremonial guards they are actual serving soldiers in the British army, same with the horses you can't touch the reins because you are taking the control of the horse away from the guard which is forbidden notices are up stating this, plus these horses have a rank just like the guards have, so no they are no going over the top when they shout at you as it's your own fault if you get in their way or leave items in their way they don't have to stop, wait, step over them or go around them
