The dramatic footage from last July shows Lewis Livingstone kicking the victim off his bike and wielding a large knife on a busy street. The victim was stabbed by Livingstone after he tackled him to prevent his bike being stolen.

Who was this … the judge’s son. These people the pass sentences are out of touch . But of course this sort of behaviour doesn’t effect them .

These sentences are laughable. However take a look at Americas sentencing guidelines it hasn’t helped them.
