I love wout but imo this wasnt bad luck, the biggest part of these races is your technique on these cobbled sections and he lost concentration in that moment
Question is not why crashed. Question is why his team mate passed by without waiting/supporting. Bad habit.
The fact he was able to race back, got back within 12 seconds was insane but it gased him. Still podium, and wouldve easily been second had he not gone for broke. Too bad for the crash, MVDP quite possibly was still the strongest but who knows. Sick of seeing Wout crash or have mechanicals and seeing MVDP ride away at the same time it happens. It’s ruining the rivalry and not allowing to see who’s strongest head to head
