Excited for yeah out for a few hours today is unfortunately rather wet today but I’m really enjoying the roads and the scenery it’s always pretty nice to explore a new area and ride on new roads and luckily it’s not too cold at least when I’m moving I have a coffee stop

Planned so we’ll see how cold I feel after That so that was the Post House Cafe was really really nice really great stop lovely and warm inside really friendly people excellent coffee really good cake good sausage Roll [Applause] [Applause] Wow Saturday today and I’m out spinning the legs for a few hours I had the first 10ks with Ian we went under the cliffs was really good fire yeah and then I carried on spinning not the best roads today there seem to be much fewer roads around Brighton than I expected and the

Weather’s been changing every 20 minutes but yeah really nice time in Brighton and I cannot wait to race tomorrow my legs are feeling really good today I’ve got my Christmas present new glasses on so I’m feeling very fast so we’ll see how it goes yeah I’ll head back into town [Applause] now Oh
