So I’m gonna take my 2013 Stumpjumper and kit it out for longer distance/bikepacking. As seen I’ve already started to acquire the basic bags from On the Road Bags and installed a Profile Designs bar ends. I’m not super happy yet with how I want the bar ends, but they’re really helping with alternative hand placement and in avoiding numbness.
I wanted to get some advice on what should be my upgrade list and the bar end placement/angle. I took the pedals off my old 2010 Specialized Sirrus Comp and everything else is original.

I’d get a full frame bag and a couple of stem bags for holding your water bottles, some kind of handlebar harness/drybag and seatpack in that order.
