Hi! I’m a long time roadie but new to gravel. I’m building up a 2016 Brodie Romax for gravel riding. I want to use my spare Dura Ace 9000 series groupset with mechanical disc brakes. I want some advice on several brake options.
1) TRP SPYRE SLC/C
2) AVID BB7 ROAD S
3) PAUL COMPONENT KLAMPERS (Is this worth the cost)
4) other recommendation
I want to stick with mechanical disc brakes so I can use my Dura Ace ST-9001 shifters.
I do all my wrenching but strictly road bike, and I have little experience with disc brakes. I want something that is easy to adjust and maintain.
