Wife and I got new bikes after waiting out the pandemic surge.
We’ve only gone one one rode together so far, but man, it is awesome being able to ride together again!
The Domane plus is a rockstar bike and I have not seen her smile like that is years! It weighs in at 28 lbs with cages and pedals. Project one paint. We did 30 miles at around 20 mph average and the battery had 18% left. Well be looking at a range extender soon.
The Madone is a race bike through and through. 18lbs sans pedals. Project one paint. It sparkles in the sun! I’m thinking of putting 32s on it to dampen some road chatter.
This was a “treat your self” moment. Never in a million years thought we would be the “dentists” on reddit. But hey # DINK
