Shoplifters Stripping The Shelves is a Channel 5 program highlighting the important work that TM EYEs proflic crime team and My Local Bobby has been doing helping retailers tackle theft, violence and anti-social behaviour in London’s West End.
The program also highlighted the important work security teams in the, West Orchards shopping centre in Coventry are doing to tackle the same issues as are other security teams and retailers across the country. Violence and theft from retailers is at record levels and has now become a national concern.
Violence, abuse and theft are at record highs across the United Kingdom. Many believe that retail crime is a victimless crime when in fact there are many victims including you and me.
