So if you’re using for only one at a time you do not need an HDMI plugged in at all?
Buyer beware – I just got the A50X. I have both the PS5 and Xbox Series X along with an LG Ultragear 32GQ950-B. This base station does not passthrough the video to either console. After messing around with setting on the PS5 i got it to work, switched to Xbox and could not get it to work after trying to change video settings. When i switched back to the PS5, it once again stated "NO INPUT". Just verified the A50X has the latest firmware, and it is up to date.
It might work for some people but for me, it's garbage as it there is something wrong with their base station and the Monitor you are using.
The only question i have is if i can get PC audio and xbox/ps5 audio at the same time. If not this thing is a joke.
I have a 4k 144hrz monitor for my pc how would I connect this headset whilst still using the full 4k144 and not the 4k 12hrz
I can‘t Switch the microphone to astro a50x on Ps5
My monitor doesn’t support ALLM can I still use this headset?
I might be a little slow how would you get the PS or the xbox to the tv if the hdmi is already being taken up
@8:31 wait, why linear pcm for the PS5? Does it not support Dolby Atmos for this headset?
Thank you for this azaming guide m8, i own a A50 since the release and i love it! Im thinking of buying the X version now. But i have a question, maybe you can help out. My whole system is connected to a audio receiver when im not using the headset. Can or do i connect the base from the new X to the receiver because the receiver is connected to the ARC hdmi on my LG tv giving me the audio and video output. So, when i want to use the headset that is connected to my PS5, i use the PS5 menu to change it. Not sure if i did explain it correct, im Dutch haha. Basicly, do i connect the base to my AV and does it work….Greetings from the Netherlands.
I would buy if there was a second hdmi out port allowing to switch between my monitor and TV.
Still using my A40s, love Astro!
Can you use the PlaySync Feature with 2 or 3 PCs instead of consoles?
Hi, I was wondering if you could answer a question about the headset for me. Currently I have the Astro A50 GEN4s. I stream on xbox and wanted to split my audio so I setup a J-tech audio extractor and optical cable and my base station is plugged into my PC. This way I can use the headset on my PC but still be able to hear my game sound from my xbox. What I'm trying to figure out is will I still be able to do the same with the Astro A50 X. Will I be able to be on the PC mode and still hear game sound from my xbox. Thank you and hope you can clarify this for me.
Bonjour, j'ai reçu le casque Astro A50x et il a un problème de compatibilité avec mon écran LG 27GP950B ^^ j'ai un écran noir je ne suis pas le seul à avoir ce soucis il faudrait faire une mise à jours 😫😫
So I don’t need hdmi if I just play on the pc?
Yooo Im buying them just because yall put Zero in the video!
Wie schließe ich das an einer elgato an?
I love the sound of these. But i can not get a signal to my monito when setting up cable from bass station to monitor..i get sound but no signal. Bass staion Works fine when just runnin usb connection from station to xbox series x…as soon as i go with the double hdmi 2.1 wires i loose signal.
My monitor is a an Eve spectrum 4k 144hz.
Any suggestions or thoughts?
Thanks
Dumb question, the extra usbc to usb cable, is that charging usbc to usb or data usbc to usb? Or does it not matter?
Thank you so much
Will my leather ear pieces from my gen 4 a50’s work with these or are they polar opposites like the gen 3 to gen 4?
is there a way to listen to both pc and ps5 simultaneously like the what the HDMI adapter for ps5 did on the A50 gen 4s?
My Astros sound low on Xbox but they sound normal on pc and ps5
