This shopping walk through the city center of Cologne / Köln in western Germany was recorded on a cloudy December day in 2023. At the beginning you will see the famous Kölner Dom (Cologne Cathedral). The video focussed on the main shopping street Schildergasse, one of Europe’s busiest shopping street, but I will show you also a few of the Christmas Market at the beginning and the end of the city center. Cologne, or Köln in German, is a vibrant city situated on the banks of the Rhine River in western Germany. Renowned for its rich history, stunning architecture, and lively cultural scene, Cologne or Köln stands as one of the Germany’s oldest and fourth-largest cities.
