My 07 Haro Mary SS has grub screws to secure the eccentric, at the very least I would replace those bolts which would be an immediate improvement.
Years ago I had a Salsa El Mariachi with the Bushnell EBB and while the shell looked cleaner, the BB had more parts and more potential for creaks. It worked very well but required more maintenance to keep it quiet.

Yeah it’ll be pretty good once I’ve finished. Needs tyres and some work in the cockpit area but other than that it’s pretty nice to ride. Rough, but it goes good.

Are you sure the problem solver fits? I’m not sure it does. What’s the inner diameter of your bottom bracket shell?
Either way, the advantage of your current setup is that those bolts take a LOT of weathering and having the big meaty ones means you never need to cry about a small grub screw which gets frozen and has its head wallered out.
