Why are you in Singapore H why not no I got invited already three years ago and it was Co every year something and uh now finally it’s time to to come see Singapore and to experience this uh Criterium what about the humidity here is tough yeah no

It’s not so bad I mean yeah it’s humid but uh yeah now we were in UA was was way worse uh on the heat so yeah it’s not so bad yeah it’s uh it’s pretty good start in Italy with some hard stages and then every year now I know more of the

Climbs more more the the road it’s more familiar so and also the last three days I know pretty good the the parkourse and two time trials pretty interesting on gravel stage so yeah diverse and fun and a lot of uh I mean really really hard

Finish in the end I like Str bianc so we’ll see it’s not ideal in such race can happen so many things so you never know what what’s going what can be wrong so but you still need to have a good legs still need to have a team around

You and yeah you need to focus on that and yeah try not to screw it up do you think it adds too much of a risk into the tur of France they’re kind of throwing it in there and it’s a guy can easily puncture on that stuff and his

Whole race can be over yeah I think it’s pretty risky to have this kind of stage but yeah we risk it anyway every day so yeah I don’t think it changed too much but yeah also it changes a little bit the race style the tactics from the

Teams I think in the tour everyone’s going to be more careful and more cautious differently than uh like Str when you go all in you don’t care about the next day so here in the tour is going to be I think it’s going to be more easy racing through gravel also and

More defensive type racing inste yeah yeah I think so I think so just like like R stage was more uh yeah defensing riding than uh attacking and I don’t know every year it’s more or less the same you start it’s hard or not so hard

But every year you have more or less the same distance of climbing same time trials but I would rate it N9 out of 10 maybe because it’s also finish where I train every day and it just adds one more day where you need to be 100% and

Really really good you need to have one of the the best days you need to have the last day so for sure it’s it’s playing a big factor the last time Tri yeah I like it I think it’s good to have such a big competition from all the

Teams not just not like the last two years where we just see jumbo against uee and I think next year also rco will come to to the tour and and Ro and a lot of other guys are stepping up also on on a similar level and I think we can wait

And see if it’s going to be the best tour ever

    1. I think gravel and cobble races are awesome, but I don't think it's good to have them in stage races — especially the Tour. It just adds too much of a chance of someone losing the whole race due to bad luck. Sure, that can happen in a one ay race too, but it's just one day and there's another one day race the next week.

    2. I also have to say: Pogacar was not my favorite racer, but damn he has just been winning me over with what a great sportsman his is. He's an example of what sport should be. It's clear he loves racing and he races aggressively, but he's classy when he wins and classy when he loses.

    3. Wow man you're getting interviews with all the major players and you're asking the right questions. I like how cycling is becoming almost like NBA, meaning the story never stops with trades, routes, drama etc. Great work!!!
