We traveled to Versailles to see the palace and rode through the surrounding grounds of the park on a tandem bicycle. We stopped at the Petit Palais before getting ready for dinner at a restaurant that only serves steak and fries. One of the best view of Paris can be seen from the top of Montparnasse Tower. We ended the night watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle. This turned out to be one of the our favorite days!

We took the train from Central Paris to Versailles which took about 45 minutes and then a 15-minute walk from the train station to the castle a little rainy Thank you I have to dedicate a whole section to the ceiling art in Versailles because it was otherworldly the gold accents were spread throughout the castle but really emphasized in the ceiling you could really feel the history behind this castle and the opulence of those who used to roam the halls I would love to
