Found were that military veterans are the highest occupational group and this obviously raises some concerns so the government wanted to do some about that and so they supported care after combat initially just as a scoping exercise really to see if there was any way we could help these men and women actually

You know understand the problems that led to offending behavior and go on to lead successful lives so what sort of offending Behavior are we talking typically for for people that’s in prison that’s actually served in our Armed Forces primarily it’s uh violence yeah so that is the highest offense that

45 minutes is actually fine when you get the boat ready when you’re prepared but it’s a bit quicker in daylight this but the complaint is that they should have it faster should be more it should be more predictable they should be more prepared and it costs these four people

Their lives so yeah well the SEC caused them their lives let’s say the the decision to get on board a a d illegal people smuggling well when you said that this was a you know fous case I think it is yeah I don’t think our Coast Guard should be subject to legal
