Pretty windy this morning it’s Domingo the 7th of October um bit of a strange one I had a free camping because I spoke to uh the lady who ran the campsite and after chatting to her for a while she was like I’m going to let you stay here for free cuz
She saw my route and she was loving it so yeah free camping um but on the flip on the flip side um I ate a bit of orange from the side of the road and now my lips swollen um so anyway I’m going to go try and find a
Um Hotel CU on a Sunday the only shops open at petrol stations and last Sunday I spent ridiculous amounts of money on food just so it’s actually cheaper for me to get a hotel today just take it easy and go to a big Supermarket not bad when you’ve been
Used to sleeping in a [Applause] Tent when you cycle around the whole of a country just get a feeling in certain places this place just has such a Cher nice Vibe if you want a relax in Beach holiday in espia don’t go to benador come here come to Benny cassim this is gorgeous here lovely
Well I’ve uh pretty much walked the length of Benny cassim Beach and I have to say this spot is definitely my favorite it’s beautiful views are good it’s quiet and over there there’s some toilets and some Waters close by so this is the spot to come to it’s pretty
Awesome this is the reason this is the best spot in Benny cassine water nothing like it just done a quick calculation and it turns out that I’ve already walked 10 km and uh today supposed to be a rest day so yeah I’m not very good at resting wind is blowing the sand pretty
Hard there this area seems to be a bit more popular I think it’s a bit more windy and it’s better for uh surfing there’s a lot of kite Surfers and Surfers around here it’s pretty cool toso so I’ve got some Armond here and um obviously it’s hard to get into them so
I asked for something to open it at the hotel and they gave me this Hammer so that’s that’s my job for the next few minutes it’s lunz the eth of October and I’m just leaving Benny cassim it was awesome I stayed in a hotel there I loved it absolutely love the beach
Love the place it’s nice and chilled not too many people around gorgeous yeah so now I’ve got 117 km I think today to do um I accidentally walked about 25 km yesterday and I should have really had a rest I feel all right though I don’t
Feel too bad um anyway I’m going to try and take it easy and just spread the miles out out you know rather than smash it today me Favorita player in espia Benny cassim the forecast says it’s going to rain later on today and over the next
Couple of days um probably by the time I’m in Barcelona too and then when I get to the North especially in bilbow it’s going to rain a lot so I predict this next week’s going to be pretty tricky and my bike is on its last leg so uh we’ll

Feel like it’s normally like when I’m about to be sick it’s strange and I feel like I’m in quite good mood as well anyway I got some uh agua from a Patisserie and got some Savory stuff some so stuff I think it might be those
Oranges that I ate at the side of the road the other day that cuz it swell my lip maybe it’s like slow acting poison I don’t know I’m in a place called s Caray deita and it’s so nice and chilled and quiet here just uh it’s a big dock loads

Raindrops I don’t like the rain getting pretty uh close to the rain clouds now it looks like it’s basically hovering over where I’m meant to be staying tonight at least the whole of today has been nice and dry so that’s a bonus I thought it was going to rain earlier the
Rain jacket has made its first appearance in a long time the rare sighting of the rain jacket well that’s been about 6 hours of pretty fairly easy cycling I didn’t push hard at all today I just took it really easy um I didn’t want to crunk myself after my long walk
Yesterday and yeah I feel feel all right my stomach still feels a bit strange but I’m at the campsite I’m going to take it easy no rush the campsite here sooner than I expected tonight’s supper is almonds well in terms of cycling it was 117 km but it was pretty much all flat
Easy I had I had a Tailwind I think and I was being blown along which was good um had an easy day just eaten some almonds feeling pretty good felt bit weird in the middle of the day my stomach was turning um but yeah I feel good and it’s not raining it’s raining
Over there I probably get rain on tomorrow
