Can you still find stuff like this for cheap? Years ago when deep Vs and bright color were super popular there were TONs of sites that would sell you a super flashy cheap (ie extremely poor quality part) sometimes they would let you custom pick the color on everything right down to the chain.
However, sadly (for you I guess?) since the industry/tastes has moved away from that, those sites have mostly disappeared. You might be able to find some used stuff? I wouldn’t recommend it since it was all poor quality to begin with. Or you could probably still find some higher quality Deep Vs in whatever color you want.
Or you could just YouTube “how to paint bicycle wheels and frame” and DIY it from there. Tires I’m not sure about at all.
